Phishing Emails Are Getting Smarter

Phishing emails are on the rise, and they are no longer easy to spot. Today’s attacks are more sophisticated, more convincing, and often highly targeted. For example, organizations that regularly use DocuSign are seeing realistic DocuSign‑themed phishing emails designed to steal credentials or deliver malware.

To reduce risk, we use a layered approach. Tools like Ironscales and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps help identify and block advanced threats, while ongoing cybersecurity awareness training teaches users how to recognize suspicious messages before they click.

Technology is critical, but informed users remain the strongest line of defense. When something doesn’t look quite right, slow down, verify the request, and report it.
