Mastering Windows Desktop Shortcuts

Mastering Windows Desktop Shortcuts

Want to boost your productivity and navigate your Windows desktop like a pro? Here are some handy shortcuts and tricks to manage your workspace more efficiently:

 Win + D – Show Desktop

Instantly minimize all open windows to reveal your desktop. Press again to restore them.

 Win + M – Minimize All Windows

Similar to Win + D, but this only minimizes (doesn’t toggle back).

 Click Bottom-Right Corner

Move your mouse to the far bottom-right of your screen and click to peek at or show the desktop.

Win + Tab – Task View

Opens Task View to see all open windows and manage virtual desktops.

 Virtual Desktops

In Task View, click “+ New Desktop” to create a new workspace. Great for separating tasks (e.g., work vs. personal).
